Digital Impact Venture Studio's venture studio program is designed to provide startups with the resources and support they need to turn their innovative ideas into successful businesses. Our program is designed to help startups achieve product-market fit and build a strong foundation for future growth and success.

Details

The program will offer 1-4 places for new projects, and we will only launch a company upon validating basic product-market fit. Our goal is to ensure that startups have a strong foundation before they launch, increasing their chances of success.

Startups in our program will have access to a shared pool of intellectual property rights (IPR) that includes shared middleware and application frameworks, as well as foundations with value-add that leverages FIWARE middleware. This will enable startups to develop their products and services more efficiently and effectively, reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.

In addition to access to shared technology and IPR, startups in our program will have several other advantages:

1. Equity Split: We offer a 60/40 equity split with the founders, with the studio staying the majority owner until the company graduates. This ensures that both the startup and the studio are aligned and invested in the success of the company.
2. Governance: We have a transparent and efficient governance structure that makes startups bankable and investable. This structure ensures that startups have the resources they need to grow and succeed.
3. Mentorship: Startups in our program will have access to a network of mentors with expertise in a variety of fields, including technology, business, and finance. Our mentors will provide guidance and support to help startups overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
4. Initial Revenues and Contracts: We will work with startups to secure initial revenues and contracts, enabling them to start generating revenue and building momentum towards future growth.
5. Pitch Events: We will organize regular pitch events to give startups the opportunity to showcase their products and services to potential investors and partners. These events will help startups gain exposure and build relationships with key stakeholders in the digital transformation space.
